In 1991 District Elder David E. Johnson was baptized in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gave utterance. While establishing membership, and serving in many capacities at True Apostolic Assembly Church, he received the call to the Ministry in 1995 under the pastorate of the late Suffragan Bishop Robert W. Hill. D.D. In 1998 District Elder Johnson received his ministerial license from the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Dakotas District Council which is the 7th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World Inc.
In 2003, District Elder Johnson's dedication to God and ministry was recognized when he was elevated by Suffragan Bishop Robert W. Hill D.D. to serve as the 2nd Assistant Pastor at True Apostolic Assembly Church. Later, in 2010, he received his ordination from the M.W.D.D.C. and also he would serve as the Chief Adjunct to Diocesan Bishop Richard D. Howell, Jr.
In 2012, District Elder Johnson answered the call to plant Grace Apostolic Church. "We envision winning the lost at any cost while empowering souls to transition from sin to salvation!" The foundation of the church was built on the love of Jesus Christ and the importance of fellowship amongst the believers. While studying at Aenon Bible College, Bethel University, and the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, District Elder Johnson obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. He is the owner of A Touch of Grace Barbershop and also functions as the Executive Director of Mind the G.A.P.P. which creates pathways for individuals to close the gap to prosperity.
As we see, his work never stops! District Elder Johnson is a firm believer of edifying souls, both spiritually and naturally; District Elder Johnson holds the position of Board Member with the International Missions Department of the P.A.W. Inc., and the Stair Step Foundation. To this day, Executive Pastor Tesa F. Johnson stands with him as his wife and mother to their 5 children who all have their hands in the ministry winning souls for the kingdom of God.

First Lady Tesa F. Johnson was baptized and received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost at the tender age of 12. She has served God's people in a multitude of ways on the local, regional, and international level; from usher to Sunday School teacher to praise and worship leader. Lady Johnson has been anointed to teach, train, sing, and direct several music ministries affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.
In November of 1996, Lady Johnson was united in holy matrimony to District Elder David E. Johnson. From this union came 5 beautiful children; Chandler, Natalie, Jonathan, Jeremiah, and Yoshua. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Services with a Minor in Educational Psychology. Additionally, she secured her Master's Degree in Education from Capella University in 2013.
In January of 2017, she was elevated to Executive Pastor of Grace Apostolic Church and continues to operate as the Chief Program Officer. Kingdom business has become one of her many gifts in edifying the body of Christ. The Lord has blessed her with a passion for coffee, music, and training up today's youth-- specifically our young ladies. She is the #1 encourager in making sure God has your "Yes!"

Elder Earl A. Miller was baptized in Jesus name at the age of 8 and filled with the Holy Ghost in 2004. He was called to the Ministry in 2006 under the pastorate of the late Suffragan Bishop Robert W. Hill D.D. at True Apostolic Assembly Church.
In December of 2008, he was united in holy matrimony to Onika Miller. From this union, they have raised their son, James Jones III, and have recently welcomed their first grandchild. He is a licensed Elder in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. and holds a A.A. in Biblical Studies from Vision International University, B.A. in Christian Ministries from Bethel University, studied at Bethel Seminary, and will be receiving his Master’s Degree in Human Services – Forensic Behavioral Health, Fall of 2019 from Concordia University. Additionally, Elder Miller serves as a Board Member for Bethel University Alumni to help spread the gospel to a diverse culture in Minnesota, and Nationally.
In January of 2017, Elder Miller was elevated to the office of Assistant to the Pastor of Grace Apostolic Church by District Elder David E. Johnson. Currently, he is the fiery overseer of our Men’s Ministry and a host of other auxiliaries. He has a heart for extending welcoming arms to the community and ministering to those who are predestined to be drawn in from the criminal justice system. Elder Miller was part owner and shareholder with Minnesota SOARR for five years, worked as a case manager within corrections, leads the Amicus, Men of Rafiki Adult Re-Entry Program. Elder Miller stepped out on faith and launched his own non-profit January, 2018 as the C.E.O. & Founder of One & Done, Inc. One & Done works with youth, men and women who are in transition from prison, and recovering from substance abuse and drug abuse due to adverse childhood experiences (ACE.) Elder Miller uses his personal testimony, interwoven with biblical principles, and education to help provide assistance in the relationships established through One & Done. In addition to his excellent service to the community, he serves as the Vice Chair of the M.W.D.D.C. Men’s Ministry under the leadership of Minister Albert Green.
His God-given testimony is the premise of his ministry and the fuel to his fire. He has a distinctive ministry that focuses on standing firm on the principals and teachings given from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Elder Miller goes above and beyond to carry out the unadulterated gospel message while boldly conveying the significance of applying the Word of God to your life. He is specifically fervent in training our men to be frontline soldiers on the Lord’s battlefield.

Elder Kyle R. Jeter was baptized in Jesus name at the tender age of 8 and filled with the Holy Ghost at 14. He was called to the Ministry at the age of 16 under the pastorate of the late Suffragan Bishop Robert W. Hill D.D. at True Apostolic Assembly Church.
In September of 2004, he was united in holy matrimony to Devona Jeter. From this union, they have Kayla, Daniel, and Nathan. He is a licensed Elder in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. He is also chasing after a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary in Arden Hills, Minnesota to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

He has a unique ministry that focuses on edifying God's people as he conveys a message of encouragement, hope, and deliverance for everyone who has an ear to hear. He strives to bring forth the unadulterated gospel message while simultaneously bringing special insight along with the relevant practical application to the Word of God. He is especially passionate about bridging the generational divide and introducing this generation to the infinite power of God’s love.
